Cancelation Policy

We reserve the option to cancel trip due to unsafe weather conditions. If cancelled due to weather, credit will be applied to a future trip. If you cancel within 14 to 7 days from trip, deposit will be credited towards future trip. If cancelled within 7 days of trip, NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

Gratuity

1st Mate works very hard to provide an exceptional experience and works ONLY on gratuity. The industry standard is 20%.

No Show Policy

30 minutes after your scheduled arrival time you will be charged in full if you have not arrived.
